- Care of Use: Avoid rough surfaces: Do not sit or drag on rough surfaces that may wear out the fabric.

- Place and adjust carefully: Do not pull the material roughly or force the velcro when adjusting it to avoid damaging the seams or the closure system.

- Do not use it outside its purpose: Although it is resistant, its design is intended for training and combat, not for activities that may compromise the integrity of the fabric, such as contact with sharp objects or use in chlorinated or salt water.

- Washing and Drying: Hand wash or use a gentle cycle with cold water (maximum 30°C) to preserve the polyester's resistance and avoid wear on the velcro. Use neutral detergent, avoiding bleaches and softeners that may weaken the fibers or affect the colors.

- Close the velcros before washing to prevent them from sticking to other garments and deteriorating.

- Do not use a dryer or iron, as excessive heat can affect the elasticity of the fabric and the closure system.
Air dry in the shade, avoiding direct sun exposure to prevent discoloration and premature deterioration of the material.

- Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding humid spaces that may generate bad odors or bacteria in the fabric.

- Do not fold it with the velcro exposed, as it can adhere and damage other parts of the shorts or nearby garments.

- Do not place heavy objects on it to avoid deformations in the waist and fit.
