Seminar and training with Hannah Caldas

On November 18 and 19, Hannah Caldas (Regional Athlete and Grid League) will participate in a seminar and private training in CrossFit Rune (Spain).

Hannah is one of the strongest athletes in the world, which has led her to be 6 times in regionals and be fighting this year for going to the Games in the +35 category. In addition, he has 3 seasons fighting with the Baltimore Anthem for winning the league at the NPGL Grid League, the most electric competition of Cross Training in the world. On Saturday, November 18, we will have a private event limited to 15 places that will consist:
