From June 1 to 4 Lovers of this sport have a new and important appointment. This time you have to enjoy The European semifinal, which will specifically be played in Berlin, Germany. One more year the best athletes of this sport are cited to fight for the title of the "Man and the strongest woman in the world."

After seeing last days 18,19 and May, beat American athletes, where our athlete Adler Jeff He got the first position and also Picsil's athlete Roman Khrennikov  He finished fourth.

Now it is the turn of our European athletes, where the brand will have a significant number of classified athletes. (Discover their names in this article).

From Picisl we have been able to talk to some of them to see how the weeks prior to the important event are living. These are some of the conclusions that some of them like Claudia Gluck, Linda Keesman, Martín Cuervo and Aniol Ekai They have given us:

1.- What do you think is the biggest challenge you face in this semifinal?

Claudia Gluck: In my opinion, the biggest challenge of any competition is to keep focused on the task present training after training, and not be distracted by everything that happens around.

Martín Cuervo: The biggest challenge for me I think coincides with that of most competitors. The level in Europe is increasingly high and playing a great role in all WOD will be expensive.

ANIOL EKAI: My biggest challenge is to demonstrate everything that I have worked and improved to be able to be in a qualifying square to the crossfit Games Prove that I have the level.

2.- How have you prepared the competition during the last month?

Claudia Gluck: I just followed the process day after day collaborating with my coaches. The goal is to achieve a better physical and mental form for life in general, and obviously also for competitions.

Linda Keesman: I have been training in the United States (Training Think Tank) between the quarterfinals and the semifinal. I had a great time!

Martín Cuervo: During the last month I prepared the same as I had been preparing for the rest of the months. We have been doing two daily sessions, except Thursday (which we make active rest) and Sunday that is complete rest. The last weeks the general tonic has changed a bit for the announcement of the Wods. Training has become more specific. As for food practically the same as always. Trying to eat everything I can not miss any energy in the box.

ANIOL EKAI: Trying to add quality training, sleep what the body asks, lower stress and increase the quality of personal relationships.

3.- How do you manage emotions to a challenge tan Great like this?

Claudia Gluck: I remain in the present as much as possible. I focus on what I have to do right now, not tomorrow, or within a week. I also talk a lot with my coaches, friends and family.

Martín Cuervo: It is the first time that I will compete in Semis but I have already competed on other occasions with people of this level. I think that the previous days we will all have nerves but for now in my head there is only desire and enthusiasm.

ANIOL EKAI: I let them appear, and help me to give up better. I am an emotional person and this helps me to give up.

4.- What is your main motivation?

Claudia Gluck: I remember myself that although there are bad days, and they are not fun, I have to move on. Because tomorrow the bad day will have passed. And I also remember how lucky I am to be able to do what I like the most every day. With the people I love the most.

Linda Keesman: I have used motivation bursts to acquire discipline. Today I get more about discipline than motivation. I simply do what I told myself that I would do.

Martín Cuervo: It sounds topical but every day to give your best. Not every day you are motivated, much less 100%, but it is the discipline and fight to build myself what pushes me to do everything with pamper in the box.

ANIOL EKAI: I try to be disciplined and enjoy the process.

5.- What will be the PICSIL products that you will take in your suitcase to Berlin?

Claudia Gluck: I will take my PICSIL fists Azor. I will also wear my knee (5mm black) as my Black Wl Belt belt.

Linda Keesman: ¡PICSIL fists RX! 2 holes for the complex ring, 3 holes for the TTB!

Martín Cuervo: In my backpack there are no lack of PICSIL products ... They are part of me not only for the competition but also on a day -to -day basis. The falcon Grips A product that I always carry with me. Like the new knee and custom belt.

ANIOL EKAI: Belt, knee, dolls,Grips
